Vada Pappu

Ingredients:
•Green dal-200 gm
•Green chilly-2
•Lemon-1
•Fresh grated Coconut -100 gms
•Salt to taste
•Cucumber-1
Seasoning:
•Red Chilly -2
•Curry leaves hand picked
•Asafetida–a pinch
Method:
Soak green dal for 1 hour, remove water and add chopped cucumber, add grated coconut, add lemon juice, add green chilly and salt. Season the mixture with 1 tsp oil, red chilly, curry leaves and a pinch of asafetida.
